2.3 Account Security

Members must keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported to ak365 immediately. ak365 accepts no liability if account details are shared with a third party.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000 for a total balance of ৳3,000; or a deposit of ৳6,000 gives a bonus of ৳5,000 for a total balance of ৳11,000.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• A member may receive the first-deposit welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus are withdrawable, and only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or the same device may result in both accounts being terminated.
• If any fraudulent activity related to a bonus offer is detected, the account and all balances may be cancelled.
• Certain bonuses may apply only to specific games or categories — individual terms apply to each offer.

4.3 Other Promotions

ak365 regularly runs various promotions and reward programs. Each promotion has its own terms, which will be stated on that promotion's page. ak365 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account or any hacking attempt.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform.

6.3 Transaction Monitoring

ak365 monitors all transactions and gaming activity. If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation and the relevant authorities may be notified.

All content on the ak365 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of ak365. Copying, distributing, or using any of it for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming) is protected under the copyright of the respective providers.

ak365 is not responsible for the following:

• Loss or forfeited bets caused by internet connection disruptions.
