ak365 Responsible Gaming: Keep the Fun Safe
Gaming should be a source of enjoyment — not stress or anxiety. At ak365, we always put your well-being first and keep all safe gaming tools within your reach.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming is a popular form of entertainment for millions of people. From cricket betting to casino slots — every game can be fun when enjoyed in a planned way. But sometimes an unhealthy addiction to gaming can develop, which has a negative impact on personal and family life.
ak365 believes that responsibility is the foundation of a sustainable gaming experience. On our platform you can set limits for yourself, take a break when needed, and ask for help at any time. Our goal: to keep you in control of your gaming at all times.
Gaming is always for entertainment — not as an alternative source of income. Play within a set budget and do not place more bets in an attempt to recover money you have lost.
We know that gaming-related problems can affect people of any age. That is why at ak365 we do not just provide safe tools — we also create a supportive environment where asking for help is easy.
Age limit of 21+ is mandatory: ak365 strictly prohibits gaming by anyone under the age of 21. Age is verified at the time of account registration. Please do not allow minors to use your account.

Our Responsible Gaming Tools
Session Time Limits
You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on how long you play. Once the set time is up, the platform will automatically alert you or end your session.
Deposit Limits
Decide in advance the maximum amount you can deposit within a given period. Our minimum deposit starts from ৳500 — you can lower this limit further to suit your needs.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a temporary break from gaming, you can lock your account for a set period — starting from 30 days up to permanently. Contact support to activate this feature.
Time-Out Option
Sometimes a short break is all you need. Take a time-out from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this time you will not be able to log in to your account or place bets.
Gaming History Review
View the complete history of your gaming activity in your account — when you played, for how long, and how much you wagered. Understanding your own patterns is the first step toward responsible gaming.
Round-the-Clock Support
If you have any concerns about gaming, our Bengali-speaking support team is with you 24/7. Contact us via live chat or email — no question is too small.

Recognise the Warning Signs
If your answer to any of the questions below is "yes", it is important to take a break and seek help:
- Are you spending more money on gaming than your budget allows?
- Are you placing more and more bets in an attempt to win back money you have lost?
- Do you find it hard to stop gaming, or do thoughts of playing keep coming to your mind?
- Are you playing at the expense of time for your family or work?
- Are you borrowing money or dipping into your savings because of gaming?
- Are you experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression because of gaming?
If these signs appear, do not delay — contact our support team right away. Seeking professional help is a sign of courage, not weakness.
Age Limit & Minor Protection
ak365 strictly prohibits gaming by anyone under the age of 21. With Bangladesh's laws and social responsibility in mind, we place the highest importance on age verification.
Age is verified at the time of account registration and before withdrawals. If there is any doubt, we may request proof of identity, and we reserve the right to suspend an account if the rules are not followed.
If there are minor members of your household using your computer or phone, make sure to enable browser-level parental controls and use a strong password on your account.
For ages 21+ only
Access is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21
For any issue or concern regarding minor protection, inform our support team immediately. We will take action promptly.
Some Tips for Healthy Gaming
Set a budget
Before each session, decide exactly how much you will spend. Stop when you reach that limit.
Track your time
Do not sit and play for hours on end. Take regular breaks and spend time with family and friends.
Know your state of mind
Avoid gaming when you are stressed or feeling low — your decisions are not at their best in that state.
Talk to someone
If you feel you need help, speak with our support team or a member of your family.
Remember: gaming is a form of entertainment. It should not be used as a tool to solve financial problems. Every outcome depends on chance — no strategy or system can guarantee a win.
